To get started with our app, all you need is:
- The phone number registered with us
- A Lloyds Bank personal account, Lloyds Bank Islands personal account, or Sterling international account

When it comes to contacting you, using our app won't change anything. Our emails will address you by your title and surname and include the last four digits of your account number or the last three digits of your postcode. For fraud prevention, bug fixing, and future service enhancement purposes, we collect anonymous location data when you use our app.
To utilize Touch ID, you'll need at least an iPhone 5s running iOS 10.0 or above or an iPad (5th generation), iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or iPad mini 3 (or later models). Face ID requires an iPhone X or later model, or an iPad Pro with Face ID capability (2018 onwards).
Everyday Offers is available to Lloyds Bank UK personal current account customers, excluding Basic Account holders, who are aged 18+ and have a debit or credit card for online banking. Terms and conditions apply.
